Three more years with ISO 9001 and 14001

Following 2 days in Oslo and 1 day in Bergen, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) found only minor non-conformances and certified Novenco Norway’s Quality Management System in accordance with the latest ISO 9001 : 2008 standard.

At the end of September Bureau Veritas Certifications (BVCert) also certified Novenco Denmark’s Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 : 2008 standard and Environmental Management System in accordance with the ISO 14001 : 2004 standard. The auditors found only minor non-conformances and stated that Novenco’s production facilities appeared nice and clean which they find is important for our quality, environment and efficiency.

The first certificates were issued in 1991 and the latest certificates are valid till 2012, re-confirming Novenco’s fundamental objectives of focusing on the environment, quality and customer satisfaction.

The primary purpose of the ISO 9001:2008 requirements is to provide customer satisfaction by ensuring consistency at all stages of the production process, from development and construction to service.

The ISO 14001:2004 certification confirms our commitment to the environment through ongoing and systematic reductions in the use of resources.
