A worldwide organization with global headquarters in Denmark, the Novenco Group has approx. 600 employees and offices in 9 countries.
The Novenco Group consists of the following business areas: HVAC Land & Car Park; Marine & Offshore; After Sales; Operations that includes Global production, supply chain, technology and engineering departments. Novenco Fire Fighting is a separate sister company to Novenco.
Each business area is headed by a director who reports to the CEO. The CEO and the directors constitute the senior leadership team. Our business areas are supported by various shared services.
